Organic Flavoured Salts We stock a selection of salts from Steenbergs Organics, a family-run company passionate about providing organic Fairtrade salts and spices packed with flavour, aroma and provenance. The vanilla sea salt is especially fabulous with white fish, shellfish and scallops. Herbs and Spices We regularly stock fresh flat leafed parsley and other herbs, garlic, fennel and shallots to compliment your seafood purchase. Wines Alongside the fresh fish we have a selection of interesting and unusual wines from around the world supplied by locally based independent merchant, Wines Unfurled. We try all of the wines we stock (for quality control purposes - of course!) to ensure we'r stocking really good wines that will match well against your seafood purchases and taste equally good on their own. Sauces Gordon Bennett dry rubs and oils for fish with irresistible names such as -  Angry Crab, Farting Tuna, Bit on the Side and Something Fishy.
