FISH CHIPS & POLITICS. A HUGE SUCCESS. Our political debate with spice and ‘flava’ got up close and personal with the MP for Buckingham candidates. Masterfully chaired by broadcaster and journalist Henry Bonsu, the evening was a lively and well attended night out for Buckingham constituents.
After the debate, we enjoyed smooth jazz, flowing champagne, our penultimate fish & chips and great wine. It was the ultimate dinner party and we thank everyone who came out or played a role in making the evening amazing!

CHANNEL 4's COME DINE WITH ME MILTON KEYNES A film crew from Channel 4's COME DINE WITH ME visited our fishmonger as part of a show which first aired on Sunday 15th November 2009.
In Milton Keynes four cooks crossed forks for the £1,000 prize, and 70s-nut Mark Franke cooked lemon sole purchased from Halibut to earn a respectable 2nd place amoung the four contestants.
We were approached by Mark who wanted to use top quality fish to wow his guests. We're thrilled to be gaining wider recognition for what we offer and we were only too pleased to assist and advise another customer with a purchase that held so much weight.

We will advise and assist you on every aspect of your fish purchase; information and choices for new or novice fish eaters, cooking and quantity suggestions and fulfilling bespoke orders. Our chef can even make a sauce accompaniment for your purchase, season, marinate or dress it for you to take home or cook it completely!
