Orders that we commonly fulfill:
Pre-orders (customer example: two plaice fillets for Friday to be picked up after 11am)
Seafood for recipes, prepared to individual specification. (customer example: four halibut steaks each 180g. Skinned)
Items not regularly carried (e.g. smoked cod's roe, smoked eel, salmon roe)
Lesser known species (e.g. goat fish, grouper, pomfret)
Seafood platters
Dressed salmon, crab and lobster
Fishcakes and fish pies
Sauce accompaniments
