A firm favourite - try wrapping in basking paper with a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic-simply delicious.

Haddock

Fresh Haddock has a beautiful sweet scent when really fresh and is great when coated in breadcrumb and gently shallow fried in olive oil. Try adding the grated zest of a lime to the breadcrumbs for a different twist.

Plaice
Why not have your Plaice skinned by us. All you need do then is place 8-10 peeled prawns on the fillet and roll up - super fast dinner party food!

Lemon Sole
Beautiful when baked on the bone and served with a simple herb butter.

Sea Bass
Extremely versatile fish. The sweet light texture lends itself to poaching, steaming, frying and the BBQ. Try stuffing with fresh Fennel.

Guilt Head Bream
Very similar to Bass and works well when stuffed with fresh thyme and lemon.
